Error description

• A new CQMPARM called "Catalog_Objects" is being added
  so that the amount of dataspace storage used per interval is
  minimized by reducing the quantity of object details for PREPARE
  SQL calls.  Catalog objects used in the PREPARE for dynamic SQL
  will not be stored if this new parameter's value is set to
  "NO".  The default value for this new parameter will be
  "YES".
