PQ99669: DD "ETICLIST" REMAINS ALLOCATED AFTER EXITING ETICLIST CLIST

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Upon invocation of DB2 Table Editor, CLIST "ETICLIST" is
  executed - which performs an ALLOCATE of DD "ETICLIST". However,
  upon product exit, this DD is never deallocated. The DD will now
  be deallocated upon exiting the CLIST.
  

Local fix

• Add a "FREE FI(ETICLIST)" right after CLIST ETICLIST is
  executed.
