PQ95690: ABEND0C4 IN FABZPRO2 USING ROOT KEYS TO SELECT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABENDS0C4 in FABZPRO2 when a valid root key is used for
  selection from 'Initial Seletction'panel.  This happends on a
  system where the areas are very big.
  System abend code 0C4, reason code 00000017

  There are 3 different 0C4 that may occur with key access to
  
  DEDB. One, if the DEDB has many areas.  Two, if the size of the
  acblib members exceeds the blocksize (this usually only happens
  if the DEDB has many areas). Three, if your randomizer expects
  more than 1 save area passed to it.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the logic for all 0C4. The DEDB randomizer will now be
  passed 3 linked save areas.
