Error description

• If DB2 SSIDs being monitored include a very high level of
  dynamic SQL usage, the CQM V2R1 data collection component
  may experience high levels of storage and CPU workload
  consumption.
  
  This APAR contains coding changes to improve the processing
  incurred by CQM V2R1 when handling dynamic SQL activity.

  Started the Query Monitor STC, and after a delay, the
  auxiliary storage grown until the partition came in wait state
