Error description

• BTS Playback recognizes only YY of LIST.LOG, and doesn't
  recognize the YYYY of LIST.LOG. So even if there is data within
  limits of the STARTIME and STOPTIME, BTS puts out message
  "BTSA1013E NO LOG DATASETS FOUND MATCHING SELECTION CRITERIA."

  BTSARCN0 should check the 4-digit year of the result of LIST.LOG
  

Problem conclusion

• BTSARCN0 is modified to check and support the 4-digit year of
  the result of LIST.LOG.
  And BTSCHGID is modified to support APAR number PRxxxxx.
