PQ91503: 'No agent for action' for command actions using TCSH script type

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If you create a command action that uses a script type of TCSH,
  and use it in a response, it will fail to run when that response
  gets triggered. The message in the Action Console will be 'No
  agent for action', even when there is an appropriate CAE agent
  to execute that action.
