PQ91359: No exceptions in Alert Browser, exceptions do show in ISPF

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the CAE Agent is on a device that has its ip address
  translated between it and the server, then it will not generate
  any alerts, as it will not accept requests specific to the
  device that it is running on.
  
  Code changed to take Network Address Translation (NAT) into
  account.
  

Local fix

•     Use ISPF for exceptions.
