PQ91256: CQM DB2 Plan Excluded in profile still appears in Summaries

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When CQM user, via panel CQM$PUPD, excludes CQM plan from
  collection, this only excludes collection from Exceptions not
  from Summaries. The CQM plan information is still collected for
  Summaries. This confusion is resolved in this modification.
