Error description

• Program ALALF1 detects internal error and forces a S0C1 for
  daignostics. Problem occurs when running in dropped-object
  mode and recovering a partitioned tablespace. Problem is
  dependent on chronological order of any DML against any
  affected partitions between time of last useable image copy
  and time of drop. The fix corrects the internal error
  ypassing the forced ABEND0C1.
