Error description

• When running in continuous mode, various problems can
  occur because of the needed interaction with the extract
  file.
  
  The extract file may increase beyond its size limits
  over time in continuous mode, affecting performance or
  possible x37 abend.
  
  Problems may also occur during V1.3 to V2.1 migration in
  continuous mode also due to improper extract file usage.
  This would yield possible bad detail report results.
