Error description

• MSGHPSR3845E received when DFSRESLB DD is omitted and HISAM
  database is being processed.
  

Local fix

• Add DFSRESLB DD statement as a workaround.

  High Performance Load unconditionaly checked DD statement for
  overflow dataset of HISAM, even if no exist overflow dataset.
  If you specify only one library in STEPLIB, ABENDU3845 with
  HPSR3845E.
  If no exist overflow database, High Performance Load should not
  check DD statement for overflow dataset of HISAM.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load utility has been modified as follows:
   - If exist overflow database, check DD statement for overflow
     dataset of HISAM.
