  With multiple /CK fields, IB V2.3 didn't accumulate their lengts
  while deciding if to append the concatenated key to the index
  record.
  

Problem conclusion

• IB V2.3 code was fixed to accumulate multiple /CK field lengths,
  so the concateneted key will not be appended to the index record
  when all its component /CKs are provided.
