PQ77528: ETO/S TABLE LOAD BYPASSED - ALREADY LOADED RECEIVED INCORRECTLY

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1) USER1  changes LU name specific options SLU2 entries via
  IZTRAN
  2) USER2 performs TableRefereshOptions and chooses GlobalOptions
  3) USER1 tries to perform ECSA-refresh by using table load
     batch job. This job ends in RC04 and MSGIZTXXX3I ETO-SUPPORT
     TABLE LOAD BYPASSED - ALREADY LOADED although there is an
     update necessary, it is not recognized by the table load
     batch job.

  The Batch E/CSA Table Load program (IZTLOAD1) needs to be
  changed to always load the tables even if the timestamps
  match. LTERM checking in Batch Data Base Load Utility
  IZTUD1U0 needs to be enhanced.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified to force IZTLOAD Utility to rebuild
  E/CSA tables even if the timestamp indicates that a rebuild
  is not required. Also, the LTERM validation in Batch Data
  Base Load Utility IZTUD1U0 has been improved.
