  * USERS AFFECTED: This APAR  improves ' FUNCTION LOAD'         *
  *                 control statements check and error message   *
  *                 reporting. It does not change in any way the *
  *                 load proccessing.                            *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: -The QUEUETYPE operand is not accepted  *
  *                      for LOAD.  FUNCTION LOAD can only be    *
  *                      coded,QUEUETYPE is ignored.             *
  *                      -SELECT is accepted, and messages are   *
  *                      accepted or rejected for load based     *
  *                      on parameters coded in SELECT.          *
  *                      -INCLUDE/EXCLUDE is accepted on input,  *
  *                      but include/exclude logic is missing    *
  *                      and the function ignores these          *
  *                      statements.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The programs have been chaged to accept INCLUDE/EXCLUDE on input
  but to ignore them while loading.
