Error description
IQCFCKPT output chkpt record has incorrect year displayed. The output may show as follows: CHKPT D=2003.115,T=19:22:52.441502,Z=+09:00 SIMP CHKPT D= 003.115,T=19:00:00.075348,Z=+09:00 RSRT where one or more lines has '003' instead of '2003 specified for the year. This in turn could cause the following IQCSELCT job to end with an RC=08 (checkpoint not found).

Problem conclusion
IQCFCKPT has been changed to reset the mask in the first byte of timestamp information for log records X'4200' and to create a valid year in date / time information for the checkpoins.
