TAPE DATA SET LOW LEVEL QUALIFIERS WERE ENABLED.
2.)ADDED ERROR MESSAGE FOR ISPF PANEL IDLSOPT1 TO MAKE UNLOAD
DATA SET LOW LEVEL QUALIFIERS MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE.
3.)HELP PANEL UPDATES FOR ISPF PANEL, "IDLSOPT3".
4.)MISSING DEQUEUE CORRECTED IN COLLECT FUNCTION WHEN USER EXITS

variables have been replaced with single data entry variable
identified as "IC Low Level Qual". On page 22 the descriptions
for "IC Low Level Qual (DASD)" and "(TAPE)" have been amended
to refer to a single reference.
