Error description
After error message "IQC3063E TimeStamp:invalid symbol in T=..parameter" is issued, the job ends with rc=00. An RC=08 (RC08) should be returned. Additional Problems fixed: 1) IQCSELCT RC=08 may occur if job region size is too small (an increase in region size should alleviate this condition). The problem is that when the cc08 is issued, there is no WTO message or QCFPRINT data to help determine this failure. This APAR will add a change to return some sort of error message indicating the small region size. 2) IQCSELCT may get an RC08 if the LOGOUT data set is defined with a smaller LRECL and BLKSIZE then the input messages LRECL and BLKSIZE (correcting this condition will fix the problem). The problem is that when the cc08 is issued, there is no WTO message or QCFPRINT data to help determine this failure. This APAR will add a change to return some sort of error message indicating this condition.
