Error description

• When an error occurs in IDCAMS, which is called internally,
  there is no way to determine what the error is.  IPR will be
  changed such that when an error occurs in IDCAMS, IPR Driver
  will issue HPSG0313E and produce the error information in the
  "Data Set Information report."

     In such a case, the messages issued from IDCAMS should be
     witten in the Data Set Information report.
  2. When DBRC is not active and the DBSHARE control statement is
     specified in HPSIN DD, IPR Driver issues MSGHPSG0230E and end
     with RC08. When a database is not registered to DBRC and the
     ICNEEDED control statement is specified, IPR Driver issues
     MSGHPSG0320E and ends with RC08, even if NAMESWAP=NO is
     specified. If NAMESWAP=NO is specified, the ICNEEDED control
     statement should be ignored

• IPR Driver has been modified so that it will behave as follows:
  1. If an error occurs in IDCAMS that is called internally, the
     messages issued from IDCAMS are written in the Data Set
     Information report.
  2. If the database is not registered to DBRC and the NAMESWAP=NO
     is specified, the ICNEEDED control statement, even if it
     specified, is ignored and IPR Driver continues processing.
