Error description

• This PTF fixes the following issues:
  
  1. When excluding a column with no default value and selecting
     the table to edit, a message explaining that inserts are not
     allowed will appear
  
  2. If a valid location name is entered, and then an invalid
     location name is entered in panel ETI$DPTB, the connection
     to the valid location is not closed. If an incorrect
     location name is then changed to a valid location name,
     the current table listing displayed in panel ETI$DPTB is
     incorrect
  
  3. Entering an invalid find command on the command line while
     in browse mode disabled the pf3 and pf4 keys
  
  4. An incorrect edit error could occur on some numeric columns
     that contain defaults if a row is inserted and subsequently
     repeated
  
  5. When explicitly entering the name of a remote alias in
     panel ETI$MAIN, no columns appear in the column selection
     panel
  
  6. A ABENDS0C4 occurs when entering "zoom" mode on a null
     varchar,  changing the null indicator to "N", and then
     exiting "zoom" mode
  
  7. Includes various fixes related to entering incorrect
     SQL in panel ETI$DSQL. Error checking is now performed
     when the enter key is pressed
