Error description

• IMS High Performance Load job gets ABEND0C1, wild branch from
  HPSROSAM+x'782', when reloading PHIDAM database whose root key
  length is odd byte.
  Another possible symptom is that the reload job does not get
  ABEND but the 2nd block/CI of the 1st DSG of the reloaded
  PHIDAM database contains pointer error.

  Another possible symptom is that the reload job does not get

  For HALDB, DL/I leaves system space in the 2nd block of the
  1st DSG. 4 bytes for PHDAM, and the root key length for PHIDAM.
  When the root key length of PHIDAM is odd byte, DL/I rounds up
  the length to even byte.
  But IMS High Performance Load doesn't.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS High Performance Load has been modified to leave correct
  system space in the 2nd block of the 1st DSG.
