loop in DRLPXB10

Comments
There were not a really loop in module DRLPXB10. The performance problem was caused by a PR Feature provided by third parts. These feature contains some PR objects like UPDATE definitions wrong designed. These updates perform a large use of different Lookup Tables containing more than 100.000 rows. This is in evident contrast with PR specification: To achieve acceptable performance, lookup tables are read into storage buffers at the start of processing. This means that the tables should not be too large. It also means that any changes to a lookup table resulting from a collect operation do not affect the result of a lookup before the collect is completed. REFERENCE THE PRfOS/390 LANGUAGE GUIDE & REFERENCE, SH19681704 CHAPTER 9__, UNDER "Lookup expressions_TOPIC Note__".
