  • Rules for PAI calculations assume that both biweekly and
fortnightly frequencies are of duration of 15 days.
Bi-weekly can be interpreted as twice a week or once in two
weeks.
Fortnightly can be interpreted as once in two weeks.
Neither should result in value of 15.

PO02998, HCR-4518 - Biweekly and fortnightly frequencies are
assumed to be 15 days
Previously, the biweekly income was considered to be 15 days.
This has been corrected, and the correct bi weekly monthly and
yearly conversion factors are now applied. This has been
resolved with the changes which address the income calculation
inconsistencies in the Citizen Portal and Case Management for
SM and IA.
