PN91285: MISCELLANEOUS FIXES FOR LE 1.7

Error description

• This apar corrects multiple LE 1.7 problems:
  1) PN90232 fixed command buffer processing which was done
     incorrectly for PN87637.
  2) add SRV_DISCONNECT_COND
  3) fix CEEFMAIN detection
  4) check feedback code after call to CEEPLOD2
  Additional Symptoms:
    TCP/IP's FTPD Server will terminate when a client tries to
  connect.  The client will receive message:
      421-Service not available
