  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the Compare function, the    *
  *                      Compare job failed with RC 12 /         *
  *                      Return Code 12  and several error       *
  *                      messages issued in the job log:         *

  *                      detected an  ONCODE condition           *
  *                      8091 in GET_SYSPARM  at 0               *
  *                                                              *
  *                      ADBC002E - Severe error.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The Compare function will invoke the module ADB2ZP to get
  Zparms for the comparison, but the module ADB2ZP was not
  included in the linkedit / binder job for the product,
  causing the Compare job to fail with a Return Code 12 /
  RC 12 and produces several error messages.
