  REASON CODE 00E60824 (CHECKRET).

  Near-Term History (NTH) fails to start due to error message seen
  in OMPE Server STC joblog:  KO2O1348E NEAR-TERM HISTORY DATA
  COLLECTOR - READA/READS FAILED. REASON CODE 00E60824 (CHECKRET).

  This error was caused by the RKD2PAR(COPTssid) member specifying
  the parm ACCTG() which was generated by PARMGEN when customer
  does not choose to turn on accounting traces.
  

Local fix

• Specify ACCTG(1) in RKD2PAR(COPTssid) member and recycle OMPE
  Server STC.
