Error description

• ABENDS0C1 in various modules caused by new instructions that are
  not available on older machines.
  
  These abends can occur because the General instructions-
  extension facility is not available on z9, z890, z990 machines.
  The instructions include CLFHSI, CLGHSI, CLHHSI, MVHHI, MVGHI,
  MVHI.

  is not available on z800 machines.  The instructions include

  1. The General instructions-extension facility
     is not available on z9, z890, z990 machines.
     The instructions include CLFHSI, CLGHSI,
     CLHHSI, MVHHI, MVGHI, MVHI.
  2. The Long-displacement facility
     is not available on z800 machines.
     The instructions include LAY, LY, STY.
  

Problem conclusion

• The new intructions have been replaced with supported
  instructions.
  Additional changes:
  1. A new FUWDBCTL member has been added to SFUWSAMP.
  FUWDBCTL provides sample JCL to run the CICS-DBCTL report
  that was introduced in APAR PM54715.
