APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Error 'HAAB011E Invalid jobname' can occur on a build if the job
name is not included in the first line of the job cards
specified on the build panel.

Local fix

  • Jobname validation is not performed when the jobcards are read
from a dataset.  Place same jobcards in a dataset and update the
job profile options to retrieve from that dataset.
