Error description

• While displaying content of ICSpec on panel ADBPCICL, the user
  has the option to delete one or more of the ignored changes.
  If there are multiple ignored changes for the same object type
  and user marks one of the changes to be deleted then the tool
  deletes all changes for that object type.

  The Delete line command is deleting more than the specified row.
