Error description

• This APAR addresses two issues:
  1. ACEE cache performance problem that may look like a loop in
  module CEXVUSER due to incorrect value for hash index size.
  2. Need to provide additional serviceability support to
  better diagnose and collect information for CEX task abends.

  1. ACEE cache performance problem that may look like a loop in
  module CEXVUSER due to incorrect value for hash index size.
  2. Need to provide additional serviceability support to better
  diagnose and collect information for CEX task abends.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1.Corrected the value calculation for the cache hash index area.
  2.Provided several serviceability items included additional
  Estae processing that provide SVC dumps during selected task
  abends.
