• When a reorganization job fails at the end of the Takeover
  phase, the restarted job can fail to start databases.

  When a reorganization job failed at the end of the Takeover
  phase, the restarted job fails to start databases or partitions
  with the following errors.
    HRF01000I  Takeover phase ended, return code is 20
    HRF01042E  Subtask SCHD 0005 has terminated abnormally
    HRF01043E  Abend code is U0999
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR modifies IMS Online Reorganization Facility so that,
  even when the prior job failed at the end of the Takeover phase,
  the restarted job can start the databases or partitions.
