  When ODE runs with internal sort and DFSPARM DD is specified
  with OPTION FILSZ=E9999999, DFSORT tried to allocate a lot of
  work data sets based on the LRECL(27994) of FPXOFILE and DFSPARM
  DD information. The default LRECL of FPXOFILE is determined as
  BLKSIZE-4.
  

Problem conclusion

• The new parameter SEGMENT is installed for the OLRECL keyword.
  When OLRECL=SEGMENT is specified, ODE determines the LRECL of
  FPXOFILE on the basis of the following factors;
  * the maximum length of segments that are defined in DBD
  * SEG keyword and/or FIELDS keyword in OUTPUT statement
  Then ODE passes the determined LRECL size to DFSORT.
  This parameter is allowed only when OUTPUT=STD or DBT are
  specified.
  
  In case of internal sort, the following statement is added to
  SYSIN of DFSORT.
     OPTION DYNALLOC=(,3)
  In case of external sort, the following statements are added
  to ODESORT DD.
     RECORD TYPE=V,LENGTH=nnnnn
     OPTION DYNALLOC=(,3)

    SEGMENT
      The LRECL of FPXOFILE is determined on the bases of the
      following factors;

      * SEG keyword and/or FIELDS keyword in OUTPUT statement
  
    The following sentence is added to Restriction.
      OLRECL=SEGMENT is internally changed to OLRECL=BLOCK when
      OUTPUT=TFMT/UR/USER is specified.
  
  7.1.3.6 FPX messages
  
   The following message is added:
  
     FPX0337I OLRECL=SEGMENT is ignored because OUTPUT=xxx was
     specified.
  
     Explanation: ODE supports OLRECL=SEGMENT only when STD or
     DBT format is specified.
     System action: Processing continues.
     User response: None. This message is informational.
