• Provide a function to check the usage of DBDS.  When the DBDS
  is already in use, stop the reload process even if DISP=SHR
  is specified for the DBDS in the reload JCL.

  are displayed.
  
  System action: IMS HP Load issues a user 3685 abend.
  
  User response: Rerun the IMS HP Load job after another job
  releases the DBDS.

  associated with your userid with at least READ access to the
