PROBLEM SUMMARY:
ISPF OLM thread summary panel DGOMTPLS and thread detail panel
DGOMTPSM shows high class 1 elapsed time like "41484 10:4".

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The calculation of the class 1 elapsed time from IFCID 148
has been changed. The rollup flag qwacparr is used for this
calculation and qwacbsc and qwacesc is checked for timestamp
format.
