Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' users of the ALT function
  who use the MAKEPBR command and initially enter invalid values
  in the VALUES clause and then enter valid values see a mesage
  'Unexpected constant found in in VALUES clause' when the
  Change Management feature is being used.
