  In web services client side, the web services engine will use
  the application classloader to load some interfaces for
  creating ASM based proxy instances. By default, those classes
  are not visible to the application classloader, which finaly
  causes the low efficiency for client creation.
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix is to change part of the packages as internal and
  pre-register the left parts of classes in the integration
  codes.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.1. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
