  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR corrects APAR PM91228 and PTF *
  *                      UK95654. The combination of ONLINE(Y)   *
  *                      ICOFF(Y) is now made invalid. This is   *
  *                      because ORF must take an Image Copy so  *
  *                      there will be a valid recovery point    *
  *                      after the MAINTAIN/CONVERT functions.   *
  *                                                              *
  *                      Prior to this service, if ONLINE(Y)     *
  *                      and ICOFF(Y) were specified together    *
  *                      for the MAINTAIN function, an S0C4      *
  *                      occurred. The original code did not     *
  *                      expect this combination and a 0         *
  *                      address eventually led to the S0C4.     *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this service.                          *

  The combination of ONLINE(Y) and ICOFF(Y) is now disallowed for
  the convert MAINTAIN/CONVERT functions. Rather than stopping the
  program, ICOFF(N) is set and a warning message is issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• An Image Copy is always taken by ORF so that there will be a
  valid recovery point after the MAINTAIN/CONVERT functions.
