Error description
ABEND0C4 at CSQFPMSG+x'67C' if specifies SCSQANLK library on STEPLIB. IDXOFF is a two-byte value in the index which gives the offset of the start of the message from the start of the message data. For message 9022 the offset is x109CC, but as IDXOFF is a only two bytes the offset is incorrectly set as x09CC, which leads to the 0C4 seen here. The messages table consists of an index with one entry per message consisting of the 4-byte message number (e.g. 9022) and a two byte offset to the message text, which follows the index. The problem is that the offset of the message text, for some of the messages in the table is greater than xFFFF.
