* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: On panel ADB25LE 'Utility LISTDEF',     *
*                      the user can specify 'Y' or a numeric   *
*                      value 1-4096 in the PART column.        *
*                                                              *
*                      When a two (or more) digit numeric      *
*                      value is entered in the PART column,    *
*                      the value is truncated to 1 digit.      *

Panel ADB25LE incorrectly truncates the value when it checks
for the 'Y' value.
