Error description

• Abend 0c4 when using HALDB tool kit ICOFF(Y) parameter.
  ICOFF(Y) causing S0C4 abend in SDBA64MN J031070  - Shadow
  datasets were pre-allocated before running the rebalance job
  with SHADOW (E) and ICOFF(Y).
  The job abended with S0C4 after message  NOTIFY.IC started
  TIMESTAMP=2013.106 06:59:40.0-07 .

  Toolkit is updated to change ICOFF(N) to ICOFF(Y) when ONLINE(Y)
  is specified for the CONVERT and MAINTAIN commands.
  

Problem conclusion

• The S0C4 is prevented by changing ICOFF(N) to ICOFF(Y) when
  ONLINE(Y) is specified for the CONVERT and MAINTAIN commands.
