Error description

• The INZTVAR member from the INFSAMP/INZSAMP library contains
  several occurrences of the x'05' non printable character in
  the comment of VUU045/ULFORMAT and the comment character (*)
  is missing from the following line of the VUU065/ULRTTST
  comment:
             COLUMN. PERIODOVERRIDE KEYWORD IS ADDED TO THE LOAD
  CONTROL
  
  This can lead to errors when running INZT02 such as :
  WARNING : in YC00DB2.PE000.HPU410.SINZSAMP.RSU1304(INZTVAR),
  LINE number 1055 is BLANK.
  
  The missing comment character issue when the fix for PM76761
  that adds the VUU065/ULRTTST parameter has been applied.

Local fix

• Add the missing comment character to INZTVAR so that INZT02
  completes normaly. To avoid any future run of INZT01 to remove
  this fix, add the missing comment to the INZRSAVE member of the
  INFSAMP/INZSAMP library.
