Error description

  • While running TM1 10.1.1 Perspectives on Citrix with Clipboard
    Mapping enabled, the customer was experiencing an issue
    described in Defect COGCQ00711683 / APAR PM77007 :

    PM77007: TM1 ACTIVE FORMS - CLIPBOARD CANNOT BE EMPTIED  When
    drilling through their Active Forms, the customer was getting
    the error "The Clipboard cannot be emptied. Another program
    might be using the Clipboard."  The fix for this issue was
    included in FP1 for TM1 10.1.1 so the customer applied it.  The
    problem with drilling became intermittent, happening only under
    heavy load.  However, the customer gets the same error when they
    try to open an Active Form.
