Error description
The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' APAR PM84458 introduced changes to the behaviour of the product which need to be better documented such as the inclusion of CREATE TABLE "ADB model table nn" / DROP TABLE "ADB model table nn" statements around a CREATE STORED PROCEDURE which uses the 'AS LOCATOR' syntax.

Problem conclusion
Program has been updated and applied to users generating a User Defined Function (UDF) or Native Stored Procedure (NSP) that has a transition table parameter. The transition table parameter is a parameter defined as TABLE LIKE table-name AS LOCATOR. DB2 Admin Tool will generate TABLE LIKE admin-model-table-name AS LOCATOR instead of generating TABLE LIKE table-name AS LOCATOR . DB2 Admin Tool will create a model table for each transition table parameter. The model table will have the same column structure as the transition table parameter. The model tables will be created for a stored procedure or user- defined function, the stored procedure or user-defined function will then be created referencing the model table name in the parameter list, and then the model tables will be dropped. Each model table name begins with 'ADB model table'. Information for the model table comes from the SYSIBM.SYSPARMS catalog table for a NSP / UDF that only shows the structure of the model table. A user can not use the related DDL for a model table to create a model table, and can not use DDL to create the NSP / UDF if the NSP / UDF contains a model table in the parm list.
