Error description
Abstract: Attempts to use shortcut keys will intermittently fail. Problem: 1. You are using an Eclipse based product 2. After a certain time, you use a shortcut key (such as 'Delete' or 'Ctrl+F' and see no response 3. In the workspace .log file you see an error entry including the following message: MESSAGE A handler conflict occurred. This may disable some commands. Local fix: The only reliable fix is to restart the product.

Problem conclusion
It was an eclipse issue and fix was provided by Eclipse team. An Eclipse fix addressing the issue have been adopted and shortcuts should now work as expected.
