    ****************************************************************
When customers have automatic class selection (ACS) routines
to allocate a data set and they allow the data set to span
multiple volumes, if the ACS allocates a partitioned data set
to multiple volumes, the 'ALT Alter Table' / Object Compare
functions will encounter a data set allocation error:

IGD17293I DATA SET >HLQ<.>dsname<.IFF HAS PARTITIONED
ORGANIZATION AND IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE A MULTI-VOLUME
    DATA SET, ALLOCATION FAILED
