  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the image copy is restored outside *
  *                      of the recovery process and recovery    *
  *                      applies only change accumulation data,  *
  *                      an abend s0C4 occurs.                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *
  ****************************************************************
  If Image Copy is not involved in the recovery process,we should
  not look for the IC data for the recovery.
  

Problem conclusion

• FRXIICA has been modified, so when the caller is
  from FRXIVSM0, which does not use Image Copy,
  IC_end is set to be zero.
