Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' ALT function did not
  warn the customer that a change from an implicit tablespace to
  an explicit tablespace would result in the DB2 LOAD utility
  failing with a DSNU305I DSNURWI - TABLE=>schema<.>name< HAS AN
  INCOMPLETE TABLE DEFINITION message as the implicit index
  was not created.

  When panel ADB2USU field 'Last IC' accepts a value of 'Last',
  the template name generated for SYSPUNCH and SYSREC may be
  longer than 80 characters, therefore, the UNLOAD statements
  for the long table name are not successfully generated.
