  The following issues are being addressed in this APAR:
  1. Provide support IMS V13.
  2. If there is an error in the HWS configuration file, the
     region may abend with U4095 but will not terminate.
     CEX shows to have tasks still active.

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1. Support is added for IMS V13.
  2. Module FUNTDB01 was not properly processing the emergency
     termination request it received when ICON abended the
     jobstep due to the control card error.
