PM87431: ALLOW THE USE OF PASSWORDS IN ISPF CLIENT FOR SERVER AUTHENTICATION

Error description

• The APAR will provide an option for the ISPF client to use the
  user passwords directly (like the browser client currently does)
  instead of always using passtickets. An additional CLIST option
  would define whether the ISPF client would prompt the user for a
  password or use passtickets.
