Error description

  • ALTER PROCEDURE events would not appear in Guardium reports due
to incomplete audit data being reported by S-TAP for those
events.

NOTE: The DB2 Query Monitor Collector started task shares code
with the InfoSphere Guardium S-TAP Collector started task.
Customers running the Collector with these products may
experience this problem in InfoSphere Guardium S-TAP, and this
APAR is required to maintain compatibility between these shared
collector products.

  • USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2 Query Monitor.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ALTER PROCEDURE events would not
                       appear in Guardium reports due to
                       incomplete audit data being reported
                       by S-TAP for those events.
                       NOTE: The DB2 Query Monitor Collector
                       started task shares code with the
                       InfoSphere Guardium S-TAP Collector
                       started task. Customers running the
                       Collector with these products may
                       experience this problem in InfoSphere
                       Guardium S-TAP, and this APAR is
                       required to maintain compatibility
                       between these shared collector
                       products.

  RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.

Code has been changed to correct this condition.
