Error description

• The DB2UPDATE command generated by the stored procedure gets an
  error when ARCHIVE=Y is specified in the cloning parameter file.
    CKZ22051E REQUIRED KEYWORD MISSING: DB2-HLQS
  The DB2-HLQS keyword is part of the generated command.
  .
  The problem is that the generated ARCHIVE keyword contains an
  invalid character after the -. The invalid character causes the
  command to be truncated during processing so no keywords that
  are after the ARCHIVE keyword in the command are seen for
  processing.
  

Local fix

• Edit the DB2UPDATE job and change the invalid character (x'41')
  after the ARCHIVE - to a blank (x'40').
